General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your query.

You would need to see a general surgeon or a proctologist.
Certain gastroenterologists also treat hemmorhoids.
*has your diet or lifestyle changed recently?
*do you have any other medical issues or take any medications?

I recommend :
-soft diet with natural sources of fiber (whole grains, fruits and fresh vegetables especially leafy ones).
-plenty of water Intake throughout the day (if not medically contraindicated)
-sitz bath to soothe the hemmorhoid pain and irritation..
-blood tests (complete blood count, clotting profile)

Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health
