How Can Hepatitis B Infection Be Treated?

In Sept I was diagnosed with Hep B. I was extremely sick for a couple of months. In Jan I was cleared of the Hep B. But I was having pains on my right side so the Dr did an ultrasound of my liver & Kidneys & found no damage done to either. Eventually the pain subsided around the end of Jan. But recently, it has returned. I went to the ER. They did a cat scan & could not find anything wrong. My blood work & liver levels all came back fine as well. But I definitely have this dull pain on my right side. They said at the ER the CT scan showed all of my organs were fine. No blockage & no damage. But the pain has since radiated from my right side through out my entire stomach. I feel bloated & the pain is a dull ache. It also comes & goes. One minute it s hurting. For maybe 15 or 20 mins. Focusing on my right side but radiating thru my entire stomach now. Then I feel fine for an hr or so. It constantly comes & goes. It has been doing this for wks. & whatever it is. Is getting worse. In the beginning it was only my right side. I thought I may have had a kidney infection. But I didn t. I am concerned because I ve never had medical problems in my life before the Hep B. & I ve never needed surgery or had stomach issues before. & it s even more worrisome that they cant seem to find a problem on a ct scan or blood work. I m wondering if some of the medicines they gave me when I had the Hep B has caused some sort of stomach problem that I never had before. Please help.
