General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are having hepatitis C infection of the liver in which patient can get chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis over the time. It is advisable to investigate further with SGPT, SGOT, USG abdomen and HCV RNA PCR test.

Avoid Alcohol and Marijuana smoking as these are not good for health.

According to reports, a further management plan will be decided. Consult the physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
