How Can High Blood Pressure Along With Headache Be Treated?
I have high blood pressure 160/100 and wen i went for day surgery it got worse 198/104 they gave me some mess to bring it to 180/104 and let me go. My blood pressure has been sitting at 160/100 for some time now my lupus specialist knows of this and nothing has been done so it is enevitable that it eventually would get worse right. I have a bad headache still. Not sure what to do as drs are not taking it to seriously it seems any thoughts please
Hello , i just read through your query and i feel that your blood pressure readings which you have mentioned are very high and necessitate the use of medicines to bring it down.I suggest you must be started on an anti-hypertensive medicine a soon as possible . I am not aware of your age or your detailed medical history to be accurate in starting one for you. In the meanwhile i suggest you avoid alcohol, have a salt restricted diet and a low fat diet.Try to go to another doctor nearby who will be able to able to help you . Try not to be anxious as it will only worsen your condition. Hope that proves to be of some help to you. Goodluck.
