Hello there, Please check ur BP regularly and ur head aches are indicative of ur BP. SO TAKE UR MEDICATIONS REGULARLY. check ur blood sugar level and cholesterol level ,as they can occur together and compliment each other. u need to monitor these two also frequently. Eat a well balanced diet and take ur medicines regularly. Include lots of fruits and vegetables in ur diet.Minimise ur salt intake to an extent but not much. Above all, be stress free and relaxed. Exercise regularly.
