Hello Dr. I gained 46 pounds in 2 months ( from 130pound to 176 pounds) by eating extremely because I was thin, and bones on my neck and chest were showing. this weekend, I checked my blood pressure, and it was 190/100. therefore, yesterday and today, I only ate vegetable, fruits, with no salt in my food. and my blood pressure is now 182/78.
