General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is unusual to have such a wide range in blood pressure from a systolic (top value) of 120 to 100. Both are fortunately within the normal range.

High blood pressure is defined as a systolic (top value) of greater than 130 and a diastolic (bottom value) of greater than 80. You can continue to monitor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James
