How Can High Blood Pressure Levels Be Treated?

I am 44 yrs of age male 6 ft tall and 76 in weight. my blood pressure is 154/110 i saw a doctor yesterday and have been prescribed Olmephage AM 5mg one table after dinner. Right now my blood pressure is 154/110 what should i do?. Do i need hospitalization
