Hi ye I m 50 yrs old suffer from high colestral drove a truck for 3 yrs start at 7 finish at night 8 o clock no exercise for the last 6 months my both legs from the knee down and my feet are in a lot of pain most of the time if I sit to long there very painful or if I stand to long there the same only when I put them up there not to bad I ve had blood test they just can t find what a wrong hope you can give me same advise just can t do this anymore thank you Denis

hello there,
do you smoke? if yes then it affects the blood vessels and nerves and cause the above complains.
do u drink? then it can cause rise in your blood uric acid level and cause such complains.
kindly get your legs examined by a surgeon to rule out varicose veins and DVT, few tests he will do to rule them out and diagnose respectively.
we need the tests that were done.
Check the list of tests and kindly get the ones not done- complete blood count, blood sugar, blood uric acid.
Till then you can try and avoid alcohol, smoking, oily, fried food.
For pain you can take tablet ibugesic.
