Hello,

Many causes for fever with elevated liver enzymes but possible causes are
1. Viral hepatitis.
2. Malaria.
3. CMV infection.
4. Leptospira etcetera.
Until the examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Need to be evaluated with CBP, LFT, RFT, and ultrasound urine examination etcetera. Please consult your pediatrician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
