How Can High Fever Be Treated?

My daughter having fever tommorow late evening raised 104.6. So i have given maftal p and cold water patti on her head fever reduced to hundred but in the morning fever now start going up to towards 101 so what you sugest to give maftal or any other medecine

Hello,

Do tepid sponging (cold water Patti) and continue paracetamol.
If fever persists despite starting paracetamol, you can consider meftal also. In severe cases, blood and urine routine has to be sent.
