How Can High Fever Be Treated?

Helllo doctor , My son is 3 and half years old . He is running high temperature . I have been alternating between Crocin syrup and maftal p ( of fever is above 101 ) every 6 hrs since the past two days . I have him Crocin syrup half an hr ago , but now his fever is 102. Can I give him maftal p immediately now to bring down his fever . Awaiting ur reply . Thanks

I am worried about the cause of fever of your son. As fever is running since the past 2 days although you are using Crocin and Maftal P its better to consult a doctor to examine him and treat the cause.
