How Can High Fever Be Treated?
My just 9 yo boy has had a fever since yesterday late afternoon. at that time it was 102.2 . treated with Advil liquid according to dose chart. fever came down. ugain in the early am (2am) this morning treated with Advil again. Better during day 100.9. up again to 103.3 at 6:45pm tonight. Still pretty warm, using cold compresses. gave Advil again (3rd dose in

hi mam/sir,high fever in children has many causes.first of all the cause of high fever is to be evaluated by physical examination and investigations of blood and urine.even history is also to be elaborated if he has chills,cold,head ache,diarrhoea,vomiting,ear pain,cough,burning urination etc.so please make a consultation with pediatrician as early as possible.kindly do not neglect and no home remedies in children.thank you.take care bye.
