How Can High Fever In A Child Be Treated?

HI, My daughter is 10 years old and having fever 102.4. we had given her 1/2 tablet of crocin at night 2230hrs but the fever is not controlled, the temperature still remains the same at 0800hrs in the morning. Kindly advice if we can give her one full tablet.

Hi,

Crocin contains paracetamol. For 10 years old, we may use a full tablet for a 10 years old child. The generally recommended dose is 10 to 20 mg per kg if needed, up to 4 times a day.
