How Can High Fever In A Toddler Be Treated?

Sir My son is having fever for the past 7 days and he is just 2 yrs and 8 months. Now doctor has advised to take the urine and blood culture test.Doctor doubts Typhoid with prescribed P125 6ml whenever fever crosses 101 degree and Taxim O dt - 100 and lab technician said blood culture report result will take 4 days of time. Till this time is it suggestive to take Taxim O dt - 100 along with P125 . Fever increases to 104 Deg at night and we give only these medications. Pls advice on this

don't need to worry... medication which is giving till reports come is right.. continue them... but most importantly keep your son dehydrated.. give lots of drinking water...do cold sponging at night.. because temperature above 103 I'd dangerous... so do cold sponging if head, hands, feet..
