How Can High Fever In A Toddler Be Treated?

Hi, my kid is 3 yrs and 8 months. He is having high grade fever last two days. Temp is not reducing with P250. Gave meftal 6 hrs ago and temp came down. Now it is again shooting up and it is 103.7 F, gave Neomol 250 suppository but temp is not reducing. Can I give meftal P now since it is only 7 hrs from previous dose. Also he is sleeping and he had food 6 hrs before and his stomach is empty now
