Hello Kids are sensitive to deal with when they are sick. I would like to ask if your kid has cough or sore throat? Does he vomit out food or is taking food properly? Is he urinating alright? Are there any signs of neck stiffness? Give Calpol and Ibuprofen alternatively if single drug is not working, you will also need to add an antibiotic to the therapy if fever is not settled. Tepid sponging would help lower the fever and meanwhile get his blood tested to see what is actually causing this high grade fever. I would be happy to answer more queries. Kindly rate the answer.
