How Can High Fever Of 104 Be Cured For A Child?

Hi, My son is 3yrs 10 months old he is having fever 104, we consulted doctor he gave colpol 120mg syrup..but fever is not getting down, so we are using ibugesic plus syrup which is advised by one doctor when age of 2 yrs. when we give this ibugesic plus fever is coming down but again after 6 hours temperature is increasing

You should give him paracetamol syrup or ibugesic plus and it can be given 3x daily. Fever should be reduce only if higher than 38.5C and also, you should give him plenty of fluids, take him to have showers 3 times daily and give him chammomile tea and vitamin C rich fluids. If this is cold of flu this should pass in several days. If headache or rash occur then you should take him ti infectologist since some more serious problems may occur.
