Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne scars on hip and shoulder area which is due to hormonal changes , stress , oily skin and excessive exposure to sun are all possible causes for this. It is mainly hormonal in your case. I would suggest you to eat fresh fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water. Apply vitamin E before going to bed to fine texture of skin. I would suggest you to wash area with body wash containing benzoyl peroxide then apply cream containing azelaic acid which is safe and very effective. If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment . Doctor may prescribe retinoid ointment and antibiotic like clindamycin. Exfoliate your skin with non comedogenic exfoliant oncw a week to remove dead skin .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
