How Can Hips Weight And Abdominal Girth Be Reduced Healthily?

Hi, I have been doing aerobic classes and circuit training for the past 5 months. I have managed to reduce my waist by 5inches which is great. I am 52 years and weigh 9st 8llbs and am 5ft 7" so my bmi is fine. However I still have weight around my middle especially around my hips. what could I do to reduce this. I don't want to lose weight but is it the foods I am eating?Thanks

You need to work on spot reduction concentrate on particular exercises to the spot and stretches increase fluid intake and a healthy fluids drinks, for example, use lemon slice, mint, add salt and pepper, add some ice cubes crush well and add water.
