How Can Hoarseness Be Treated?

I have trouble clearing my throat for over 15 years and 5 years ago my plumanologist gave me flonaze with zertec and it worked but several months ago nothing seems to work. I am having trouble talking and when I do speak it is an almost growl. My next door neighbor said CHF which seems a bit harsh. What can u tell me?

In my opinion, taking nebulisations could help you. You can do that even at home if it's a chronic problem. I hope u will be benefited by my answer.
