How Can Horn Medial Meniscus Large Under-surface Oblique Tear With Additional Contiguous Truncated Tear Of The Body Be Treated?
I was just diagnosed with a posterior horn medial meniscus large undersurface oblique tear with additional contiguous truncated tear of the body. Small joint effusion with 1cm ruptured political cyst. Moderate medial compartment osteoarthritis with medial condyle focal 4mm grade IV chondromalacia with small subchondral contusion. Can you please explain this to me and what do you suggest?

Your are having osteoarthritis with articular cartilage or menisci is a cartilage laceration. Also having mild effusion of joint with loss of cartilage. Final report may be suffering from osteoarthritis with meniscal tear. It may be due to trauma or degeneration.
