How Can Hot Flashes During Menopause Be Managed?

I am looking for a doctor in the bucks county pa area to help me with menopause and weight gain. I had a gastric by pass procedure done in 2009 and in the last year I have gained 35 pounds. Menopause and the hot flashes are getting worse. I also turn beat red from my waist up and any given time and feel like I am having a sugar attack. My doctor put me on Phentermine but they give me such a head ache , dry mouth and sick of my stomach feeling. Do you have any recommendations? I wanted to try to do a revision . my email is YYYY@YYYY . Thank you Carolyn
