Sir I had hyper pigmentation before 5 years I was very shy to go out so not even went out for movie with friends in past years then I used lemon and potato to reduce the pigment after years it s slowly faded into pigmentation now I got a job to go, also meet different persons so I think about resurfacing of skin may give even tone or chemical peeling may help, which one is best to get even skin tone ?
As per your query, you have hyperpigmentation and it is lowering your confidence. Well, such kind of marks takes times at least a month with appropriate treatment. I would suggest you wash your face with mild soap twice a day and apply kojivit cream, exfoliate your skin twice a week and apply vitamin E oil at night before going to bed. Also, protect your skin from excess sun exposure as it can worsen the condition. If the condition doesn't get improved in a month then consult dermatologist again for proper examination. The doctor may recommend chemical peeling or dermabrasion depending upon the severity of the condition.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
