How Can Hyper Pigmentation On The Face Be Treated?

I have pigmentation on my face especially the temple ares and around my mouth I am 69 yrs of age Recently have been swimming Am allergic to titanium and hence don t use sunblock Usually I swim around 6pm when the sun goes down Do you think I am allergic to the chlorine in water used for the swimming pool Please help

It is possible that you are allergic to the chlorine or another agent in the water if you only noticed the change in pigment when you started to swim in the pool.

To determine if this is the case , however, you would need to be assessed by a doctor preferably a dermatologist.
