How Can Hyperpigmentation On The Ankles Be Treated?
Even though I have a shower every day and use a scrunchy for extra abrasion, I cannot seem to get my ankles clean and it looks as though I have ground in dirt on them which is very embarrassing as I have to keep them covered up all the time with trousers or tights. What can I use as an instant exfoliator to get them clean and keep them clean?

Consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. Sometimes varicose vein can cause ankle pigmentation.
You might require an ultrasound Doppler to rule out varicose veins.
