You have symptoms of hyperpigmentation on the lips which seems to be due to caused by excessive exposure to the UV rays and excessive licking of lips along with the dry climatic condition. Need not to worry.
I would suggest you keep yourself hydrated and apply petroleum jelly. Avoid staying in a dry environment for a longer period. Use lip balm to maintain moisture. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined if symptoms keep on persisting and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. You can go for laser and chemical peeling after proper examination. Avoid using creams containing high steroid content and avoid licking your lips. You should apply aloe vera gel.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
