Hi!
It would have been better if you would have written the maximal values of your blood pressure. However, I would recommend you a dynamic monitoring of your blood pressure values, 2-3 times a day for a week. If the high blood pressure values persist and never go to the normal range, then I recommend that you start another anti-hypertensive drug together with Plendil, for example a diuretic such as Hydrochlorothiazide, or an ACE- inhibitor such are Enalapril or Captopril, or an ARB such as Losartan, Valsartan, Irbesartan, etc. For this you should consult with your doctor and explain him/her your situation. Take care and you are welcome to contact us again if you have further questions.
Best regards,
Dr. P. Cerri
