I have had neuromusular trigeminal dysto ia for 34 years. I had a pain stimulator put in 2006. Now i am on 4 15mg msir a day and tizanidine. I have used one neurologist one pharmacy have not increased dose or ever asked for early refill. Pain clinics will not take my case to complicated. My neurologist group no longer will prescribe morphine fearing their license will be jeopardized. I have extreme hypertention without pain control. I do not want a stroke or heart attack. What do i do? Please help.
