helloo dr. my age is 29 female and i suffering from thyorid and my right arm and foot was broken twice iwas opreated 5times right now i am in very critical situation icant digest any meadicine it became acid what should i do any parmanent solution of hypo thyorid please tell me

Welcome to HCM
Read your prob, first you tell what is your TSH leval, for it you should take medicine for long term along with it you should take cap pentocid -DSR empty stomach twice a day, it helps you to subside your prob of gastritis. you should take tab pancreatin 1gm twice a day .you will feel well just after 48 to 72 hrs. so take it n dont stop drug for thyroid prob.

There is no permanent treatment for Hypothyroidism.You are bound to take Thyroxine supplement as long as you have low thyroid hormone values.Please visit your Physician and discuss treatment options if you are having side effects of the drug.
You should practice yoga and meditation.Specific yoga aasanaa are said to be efficient in improving thyroid function.Please visit a Yoga specialist to know about them and learn to practice.
