Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per your case history of hypopigmentation, my treatment advice is:
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with SPF more than 30. 2. Apply a Tacrolimus 0.03% ointment on the affected skin. 3. Take vitamin B12 supplement for 3 months. 4. Other treatment options are a topical steroid and oral multivitamins taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Harshit Bhachech
