Hi and welcome to HCM.

All urine pregnancy tests are negative and you consulted a doctor also for confirmation, what more you want to rule out pregnancy.
If you are still in doubt you can take a second opinion from another gynecologist.
If you are trying to get pregnant since one year and failing to do so. It is high time that you and your husband consult a good infertility specialist to find out of reason behind this problem. He/she may suggest some series of tests for both of you and depending on results they will plan the treatment.

You should have patience and follow the instructions of your doctor. In mean time eat nutritious food and also take some multivitamin supplement one daily (like Tab ovacare)

All the best
Regards
