How Can I Convince Doctor That I Know It Is Neurological Symptoms?

I have been very frightened about my neurological symptoms that seem to mimic degenerative illnesses. I have been to the doctors but they seem to ignore my symptoms and say it s just stress And for that reason I am extremely distressed and afraid because I am not getting any answers. I had been given iron supplements to treat my iron problem. How do I convince my doctor for a neuro test? Many Thanks, Maryam
