How Can I Get Off Of 'xet Cr-25' Prescribed For Anxiety?
i m 21 years old now.when i was 18 years old i was blessed with the problem of anxiety(ocd in ur terms)...at that time 4-5 times a day i felt like i m dying becoz of the very bad sensation in my whole body(anxiety).i consulted so many doctors but my was not diagnosed for almost 1 yr and that was a very bad experience of my life.after 1 yr i consulted a neurologist and some psycaterist and they advised me to take xet cr-25...now i m totally healthy but whenever i quit my tablet for 2 days i started feeling very bored and different kind of bad feelings occour in my head(some different vibrations ) .also i started gettin faint....now i want to ask u what should i do ..i am taking this tablet xet cr 25 from almost 3 yrs ...i want to quit this tablet..is there any other alternate or permanent soution to my problem....plz doctors help me......reply soon....i m a male and doing my engineering
I think, you have generalized anxiety disorder. In that case, you have to take medication for longer time. If you want to quit it, you can try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise. You can also try benzodiazepine on sos basis. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
