My doctor tells me there is no problem with my husband or I that we have unexplained infertility, though I wonder why my ultrasound during follicular study shows PCOS sometimes. My thyroid levels are normal, so are my LSH, FSH etc.

Hi, I think you can go for a follicular monitoring by repeated ultrasound and when ovulation happens, check your progesterone levels. It will tell you if progesterone is low or not. Also, uou can take progesterone after ovulation for 2 weeks. Be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days. Do some pregnancy test after taking progesterone. You can try like that for 6 months.
