How Can I Increase My Height?

Will I Grow Taller? Or did I have my final growth spurt I am currently 5 11 1/4 and 17 years old. I will be 18 in a few months. In last month I went from 5 9 to 5 11 1/4 My mom is 5 8 and my dad is 6 2. However my grandma is 5 4 and my grandpa is 5 10 on my mom side. On my dad side my grandpa is 6 3 and grandma is 5 6. All my uncles are well over 6 ft and I am of dutch descent.

Well come to HCM
Looking to your age, you are just 17years old and you still have some chance to increase your height naturally up to the age of 20 one can go little taller, second height is genetically decided and this can not be increased with the medicines, hope this information helps.
