How Can I Increase My Sperm Count ?

Hi, This is Muhammad from Pakistan. I have been married for 2.5 years but still childless. Recently I had semen analysis done. It showed below results: Sperm Count 30million/ml. Liquid produced 3 ml Mature sperms 60% after 1st hours. Pus cells 20-30%. My Doctor recommented Terresttris Tribulus Extract with Vitamin E and Ciprofloxacin and Metronidazole Tablets. Please suggest is it safe to use this medicine.
