Hi this is aruna i am 26 yrs old.My height is 4.4 and weight is 73 kg.Iwould like lose my height.I need a sugesstion whether gym is better or aerobics.One more doubt if i discontinue gym my weight will be increased again or not.I want to increase my muscel strenght also.Please suggest me right one
hello mam. i read your question and i can give you a good answer for that. according to your weight and height you need around 1800 calories per day . so please take food according to that in 3 meals( morning intake > afternoon> night) and can have little snacks on evening and diet shouldnt include cooldrinks, cakes and choclates, high fat containing,fried foods bcoz they just gives you about one meals of calories. you can just start with aerobics and continue for one to two wks the better to go for gym then... if you need muscle strength just do the gym the alternate day bcoz to increase muscle strength there should be a gap of 48 hrs between exercises. please just look at foods and calories charts in medindia.com or appolo life which includes indian food and calories spent on exercise.. you need to restrict 500 calories of energy for dec the half kg of body at the same time just have more fiber fruits and multi vitamine tablets like supradyn or any other as per your wish , try to have a look at micro minerals in those tablets. for every exercise you will have specific energy charts ... have a look at it...http://www.nutristrategy.com/activitylist4.htm
