I am 28 years old and weigh about 64 kgs and my height is 5'1. Daily i am doing aerobic cyclying for 1 hr and also jumping rope for half an hr. how many kgs will i reduce in a month.Will jumping rope put an affect on my body at this age. Pls advice.

Keep the weight under control by by cutting the calories, sweets, and fatty foods. Practice morning walk, yoga, exercises, and keep on working some thing, like doing any work in front.
