How Can I Treat My Bent Curvature Of My Back?

After i was diagonsed a slip disk @L5-S1, 3 months before, now my back is bending forward. Before there was a depression at the point where more pain was. But now the area of curvature is more am getting pain because of that. I am finding difficulty in keeping my body in proper posture, I mean balancing in the posture I washaving previously. I am in doubt that there is some miss-alignment in my spine bones. Please guide me what to do?

A slip disc can cause change in curvature of spine. It is called list. I want to know if you have done your MRI. If MRI is showing disc herniation then my advice to you is that you should start back muscle strengthening exercises and take pregbalin and methylcobalamine. Avoid lying down with leg straight , rather keep them bend, Do not lift heavy weight or bend forward.
