What Causes Lower Back/abdominal Pain With History Of Lumbar Surgery?

I have severe lower back pain and lower abdominal pain. It throbs I feel like my heartbeat is there. It is very hard to walk without pain and can not stand straight without a lot of pain. I had lower lumbar surgery in 2008. do you have any ideas for help?
