How Can Incomplete Defecation Be Treated?

I am unable to fully empty my bowels. It is sticky black and I find myself in uncontrollable sweat. Other symptoms are film on my eyes and blocked sinus. Fatigue is at a bad level where all I want to do is lay down. My doctor has done bloods and MRI for sinus. To be honest I would have more confidence in the library cal vet. I am on the suboxone program 6 mg. I am currently trying to get off this poison and I have reduced it down to 2 mg a day with the assistance of one Tramedo Tab sr 200. I have had 2 colonoscopy procedures where they found pre cancerous polyps. I have changed diet adding more fibre and laxatives and probiotics but still feel sick?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your query is being appreciated, you seem to have allergic condition and constipation. If you are taking Tramadol then it may cause more constipation. So try to avoid it. Have more drinking water. This may help you in sinusitis too and will reduce the constipation. It is nothing to worry. If this is really malignant polyp then it may demand serious medical attention.

Hope this information helps.
