How Can Increased Liver Echogenicity While Suffering From Hypertension Be Treated?
Hi doctor...i am 25 yrs old.i have hypertension from 3 yrs.my renal droppler ultraspund shows mild raised echogencity and mild accentuated cmd.i am taking hypertension medication from last 2 months.blood and urine creatinine is normal.can you please suggest if need any other medication for kidney disease.

Keep your blood pressure controlled. Decrease salt intake, maintain ideal body weight, drink plentiful oral water, be regular with your medicine and doctor visits. Get serum creatinine checked every 6 months and USG KUB every year.
