How Can Inducible Ischemia Be Treated?

i am 57 yrs male i am diabetic since 20 years and sugar level is under control .yesterday i had echocardiography and tmt test done While electrocardiography report is normal tmt test shows stress test positive for inducible ischamia .Is it necessary for me to undergo angioplasty

current condition narrates compromised cardiac function in terms of
inducible ischemia.

* Though there is no emergency, but you are supposed to go for
planned angiography first and then later decisions of angioplasty
according to its report.
