How Can Infection In The Groin Area And Around The Navel Be Treated?

I have been treated for redness and discharge in the groin area, belly button and between breasts. I can’t remember what the gastro DR called it but he gave me Fluconazole pills for 7 days and nystatin cream. Has not gone away so when I saw my dermo dr last fall she recommended vinegar/water soak with a wash cloth. I just want it to go away. I am taking Remicaide for my colitis and I don’t know if that is causing this issue or what. Can you help. Diane Vogeler YYYYY
