How Can Infertility And Painful Periods Be Treated?

Hi. I am 25 yr old and trying to get pregnant for last 2 years. My reports and follicular study was normal. I was given fertyl50 to take from 2nd day of periods and lupigest SR 200 as I have very painful periods but only on the first day for 4-5 hours. I was prescribed many anti-inflammatory drugs but they were not of any help. I used to take dynapar which eased my pain completely. Now doc has pres lupigest 1 daily for 2 weeks. Also a tab All 9 F to be taken daily. What are these medications for and when to take lupigest tab?

Hello,

* The painful periods must be diagnosed for the underlying reason as endometriosis or else.
* Infertility work up must be included semen analysis, tube patency test if not done till now.
* The Lupigest is a hormone supplement providing progesterone in woman to make uterus epithelium more susceptible to secretory phase post ovulation. It is recommended to consume at bed time with sufficient amount of water. Regular breast examination is a must during the therapy.
* The All f 9 is CoQ supplement with main content of Methylcobalamin
can be taken once daily after meals.
* The dosage guidelines have to be followed strictly as per the guidance of your doctor only.
