How Can Infertility Be Treated?

I have been trying to conceive for a year and 3 months with no luck. I am 18 and married. I have no history of infertility in my family. I am known for ovarian cysts throughout my cycles. My periods have been regular up until these last few months. I have been a few days late on my periods. My breasts have been hurting too these last few months. I don t understand whats been going on. Please help me figure this out. Also, is there any type of home remedies I can do to help me conceive?

Hello, Please get a thyroid assay done to check TSH levels. Plus also test the FSH<LH and AMH test done. These will help in identifying if there is any problem. Thanks.
