How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hi i have a retroverted uterus labular contour. Multi fibroids dominant diameter 22mm fibroids intra muscular and sub muscular. Fibroids anterior and posterior. Fundal and lower segment. Endometrium interface =nad. AP = 3mm. I am on no hormonal treatment. I have 2 children age 7 and 5 I m battling for 2 years to get pregnant what are my best options. As I am 30 years old Thank you

Hi, I think the fibroid which is submucosal and intramural, these can interfere with pregnancy. So, these should be removed. But it also depends on size of fibroid also, which is very small in your case. You can go for a 3D scan or MRI to see the exact location of fibroid whether it is obstructing the tubal openings or not. Also get yourself evaluated. Do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels. You can take some medicines like clomiphene for the growth of your follicles and track your follicles growth by repeated ultrasound and when your follicles is more than 17 to 18 mm, take injection for rupturing the follicles. Be in contact with your husband for 2 to 3 days after injection. Take progesterone for next 2 weeks. Do a urine pregnancy test at home after that. You can try like that for 3 to 6 months.
