How Can Infertility Be Treated?

I aborted my first pregnancy by taking Mifegest about 2 years ago. After 12 months I got pregnant again but lost it in the 1 st month. Doctor said it might have been an accident as my blood report were all normal except the PP insuline high normal. Now the doctor has prescribed Fol XT and Vitamin D3. I am trying to conceive for last 4 months. Pls help.

Hi, I think you should do a thyroid profile. You can try naturally for 6 months to one year. Be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days after your periods stop. It will increase chance of pregnancy. If it doesn't work, you can go for ovulation induction with timed intercourse. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
