How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Dear Doctor i am 33 year old and trying for conception since 2 and half years. my FSH is 15.5 u/l and AMH is 7 ng per ml. my husband age is 30 years. his semen concentration is 7 million per ml. rapidly progressive 0 ;/. slow progressive 28 ;/. weak or in situ 15 ;/. immobile 57;/. morphology 2 ;/. normal form and 98 ;/. abnormal forms . i would like to know can we conceive or we need some procedure like ivf. what you suggest in our case thanks; regards

Hi, I think your husband has oligoasthenoteratospermia. In this case, the best option is IVF with ICSI. There is very little chance of conceiving naturally and also with IUI. Your report is fine. FSH is on a higher side but AMH is fine. Both are not correlating. I think you should do a FSH and LH level on day 2 of your periods and an ultrasound on day 2 to see the number of Antral follicles. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
